1. Order Cancellation

2. Refund Eligibility
2.1. Digital eBooks are eligible for a refund if:
- The request is made within 15 days of the purchase date.
- The eBook has not been downloaded or accessed.
2.2. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:
- The eBook has been downloaded or accessed.
- The refund request is made after 15 days from the purchase date.
3. Refund Process

- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
3.2. Once your request is received and verified, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
4. Exceptions
4.1. No refunds will be issued for promotional or discounted eBooks. 4.2. Refunds for bundled products will only be issued if all items in the bundle meet the refund eligibility criteria.
